Schottel announced plans yesterday to build a new industrial facility in East Houma on their recently acquired lot on Denley Road. The site they selected is part of Walter Land Company’s latest commercial-industrial subdivision. The Denley-Grand Caillou Commercial Subdivision still has lots available that front Grand Caillou, Denley, and Carrie-Anne Roads. Elevations are as high as 8.5′ and all lots along Denley Road are currently being upgraded with public sewer service.
