The official ground breaking for the new $15.7 million Grand Caillou Middle School took place today in East Houma. The event was attended by Logan Babin, Jr., a representative for Walter Land Company, which generously donated the property to relocate the oft-flooded school. The two-story, 57,953 SF facility is expected to open in 2014 on Grand Caillou Road near Woodlawn Ranch Road. Along with the widening of Gr.
